Incredibly clean property with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Owner has an interesting life story. Lots of storage and good shower space. Fair price, friendly staff, and fantastic Italian restaurant. Close to downtown, with helpful staff and a homely feeling.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel on a lovely Colombo street. The location was perfect, as it was situated outside the main city area, offering a peaceful and quiet stay. Despite being a bit away from the hustle and bustle, most tourist attractions were just a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel itself had fantastic modern rooms with excellent showers and attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a lovely neighborhood in Colombo. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with arranging a taxi for my early morning airport transfer. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The modern bathroom was a standout feature, with an excellent shower that provided a refreshing start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location on a quiet street made it a peaceful retreat, while still being just a short tuk-tuk ride away from most tourist attractions.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the fantastic Italian cuisine offered onsite. the rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished. Great air con and modern bathrooms. the staff were friendly and very professional. the quiet location in Havelock town was a welcomed change from the busy city center. the hotel is only a short walk to the ocean and easily accessible by bus or Tuk Tuk to Colombo fort and Pettah.

The checking in service could have been better organized. the hotel shares space with a restaurant making it confusing upon arrival.

The room was very clean and equipped with all the hotel facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered transportation services, very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty, and the staff ensured that my needs were met.

The Italian restaurant on the ground floor has the most delicious pizzas with their special whole wheat dough, called Kurakkan. I also enjoyed their amazing poached eggs for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at Dolce Casa made my stay easy and enjoyable. The owners went out of their way to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout my city trip. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of convenient sockets to charge my devices. The location was perfect, being within easy walking distance of several important areas. I also appreciated the filtered water, which was always chilled and easily accessible.

While the neighborhood was nice enough, the hotel was a bit too far away from the main attractions. there was some street noise at night that could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I will definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to stay away from the action and have a quiet stay. the rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Staff is friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and fresh with great attention to detail. the Italian restaurant downstairs offers great food and coffee, complemented by an outside terrace for relaxation.

The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages, which could be a downside for some guests.
